Battleforgedistrict is a free-to-play social casino intended purely for entertainment by adults aged 18 and over. Every game is played with virtual coins that have no monetary value. There is no real-money gambling here, no real prizes, and no facility to deposit, win cash or withdraw funds of any kind.

All artwork, fruit symbols, text, sounds, code and branding within Battleforgedistrict belong to Battleforgedistrict Social Games Ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. You may enjoy the Service for personal, non-commercial use only and may not copy or reproduce any part of it without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of a free entertainment service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the Service or the law. The current version will always appear on this page with its update date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
